Arrival to Ben Lomond

For on-site guests, check-in begins at Waterfall Lodge at 3 PM.
You’ll check in at the welcome hub, then head to your cabin where your key and weekend itinerary will be waiting.
For off-site guests, we wish you safe travels to your hotels and we'll see you at the welcome party.

Join us on the lodge grounds for tacos and drinks to kick off the weekend.
If you’re staying in Santa Cruz, please take an Uber to the Waterfall Lodge.
A 10pm shuttle will return guests to Hotel Paradox in Santa Cruz.

If you’re staying off-site, you’ll need to take an Uber to the Waterfall Lodge.
Shuttle service will run in the evening to bring guests back to Santa Cruz hotels.

There are a limited number of cabins at Waterfall Lodge.
Anastasia and Danny will let you know if you are staying on-site.
We will share the booking link directly with cabin guests.

We request that all guests staying in Santa Cruz to take Uber/Lyft to the venue.
A shuttle will return guests to Hotel Paradox in Santa Cruz.
On-site cabin guests do not need transportation.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Parking is reserved for guests staying onsite.

Yes! You’re welcome to join us for any part of the weekend.
What will the weather be like?
Warm during the day.

Most events take place outdoors among the Redwoods or inside the lodge pavilion.
Evenings can get cool — we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap.

a 49er, gold digger, rock star, flower child, cult leader, tech bro, or any famous San Franciscan.

What is the food and drink situation?
Friday night: tacos + open bar
Saturday: breakfast & coffee, snacks, light lunch, cocktail hour, dinner
Sunday: no brunch
All meals are served at Waterfall Lodge.
Are there vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options?
Yes! We will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available at all meals.
